Robert Scoble's Weblog - Talks about Microsoft(like Homer would say "Duh..", offcourse he would, he works for Microsoft) and other interesting tech happenings. Nevertheless an interesting character.
Dave Winer's Scripting.com - He has links to important tech news of the day.
Digg.com - A website created by Kevin Rose where the user gets to vote on what stories to keep on the front page.
Slashdot - If you are a geek/tech savvy person, you already know about it. And if you are not, the title of the page should explain it, "News for nerds, stuff that matters".
Microsoft-Watch - All things Microsoft.
Engadget - Gadget reviews/news.
Scientific America - Scientific news.
OS News - Title should say it all.

Personal Development and Productivity
43Folders - It is a "site about personal productivity, life hacks, and simple ways to make your life a little better." I love this site, lots of informative tips.
Steve Pavlina - writes about various personal development topics.
Life Hacker - It "recommends the downloads, web sites and shortcuts that actually save time."

Variety Music - Music news
Paul Graham - He writes very good essays.
Neat New Stuff - Weekly reviews of websites.
